What will you be doing?
You carry recruitment from start to finish: from sharpening a request with the team lead to the moment someone signs. At an organisation of our size that means the whole process, not one link in a chain.
Sharpening vacancies with the team lead: what are we really looking for, and what is a preference
Approaching candidates directly: the good ones rarely apply on their own
Holding first interviews and guarding the rest of the process
Maintaining the network, including when no vacancy is open
Making visible what Twentynext stands for, in the places our candidates look
Tracking what works: which channels deliver, and which only cost time
Who are you?
You have recruitment experience, preferably for technical or IT roles.
You can hold a conversation about the work without being a data engineer yourself: enough understanding to ask follow-up questions, and the honesty to say what you do not know.
You work independently. There is no recruitment department to fall back on; you are it.
You are willing to push back on a hiring manager when a request is not realistic.
You have an excellent command of Dutch and can work in English.
What do we offer?
A salary between € 3,000 and € 4,500 based on 32 hours, depending on your experience.
A part-time role of 24 to 32 hours, to be arranged in consultation.
