About Twentynext

Twentynext has been building and supporting data and AI systems from Eindhoven since October 2014. We advise, build, provide people and support what runs, for organisations in healthcare, public safety and industry, among others.

Our office is in the Kennedy Tower in Eindhoven, in the middle of Brainport. Our work comes from this region and from the rest of the Netherlands: high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, retail and public safety. For example the AI design project with MasterShip Software, carried out in Eindhoven, and the crime room for DITSS.

Principles

What we believe

The business question comes before the technology. Data, BI and AI are means: a solution only counts once it is used, supported and trusted. And technology should be reliable, transparent and explainable, certainly where decisions affect people. That is not a poster on the wall; it is how we work, even when it means advising against building something.

Who works here

Team & Culture

The team, over twenty specialists, all permanently employed, is a mix of humanities and science backgrounds: analysts, engineers and developers who look at the same question from different angles. Persistent, perfectionist, sometimes a bit headstrong, which mostly means you will hear it from us when we think something will not work.

The people on the plinth

Someone different stands on our homepage every time you visit: a director, a mechanic, a researcher, an owner who still works the floor. They are plaster busts, made for this site, not clients, not colleagues.

They are there because we do not sit in an ivory AI tower. Our questions come from the shop floor: from the planner who does not trust the stock figures, the executive who has to choose without numbers, the mechanic who knows what actually breaks. A model only counts once it lands there.

Hence the plinth: the treatment we reserve for emperors, given to the people who do the work. Come back tomorrow and someone else will be standing there.

May we measure how this site is used?
