When this fits

Sometimes you are not buying a project, but capacity

Not every data question is a project. A platform that has to keep running while it is still being built. A team missing one specialism it will not fill quickly. Work that has to start before the vacancy is closed.

In those situations we supply people instead of an assignment: data engineers, BI specialists, data scientists and developers who join your team and carry responsibility for what runs in production.

The difference with a staffing agency is what stands behind them. Our specialists come from the same firm that designs, builds and maintains projects. When someone runs into an architecture choice or a modelling question, there are colleagues who know that problem. Thinking along briefly is part of it; if it turns into a track of its own, we say so and agree it separately.

What that means

One person, with an organisation behind them

Twentynext delivers four things: advice, people, projects and maintenance. They come from the same team, and that is exactly why hiring a specialist here works out differently.

What the role involves

Working inside your team, on your systems and within your way of working. Not a report from the outside, but someone who does the work and is accountable for the result.

What stands around it

A specialist who gets stuck is not on their own. The knowledge from our projects and our R&D work is available without you having to ask for it separately.

What it leaves behind

What a specialist builds at your organisation stays there: the code, the documentation and the agreements about them are settled up front. We do not engineer dependence on ourselves: that is precisely what you do not want from a supplier.

Experience

Where our people and projects end up

Twentynext is deliberately sector-independent. What works in one world often turns out to work in another: that cross-pollination is what makes this field interesting. The organisations below worked with us: on projects, with specialists in their own teams, or both.

In some domains that experience is specific enough to deserve a page of its own. View the sectors.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I hire a data engineer or BI specialist to work inside my own team, in the Eindhoven region?

At Twentynext in Eindhoven. We provide data engineers, BI specialists, data scientists and developers who work inside your team, on your systems and within your way of working, in the Eindhoven region and across the Netherlands. The difference from a staffing agency is what stands behind them: our specialists come from the same house that designs, builds and maintains projects. Since 2014.

How does a Twentynext specialist differ from a contractor placed by a staffing agency?

A specialist who gets stuck on an architecture choice or a modelling question has colleagues who know that problem; the knowledge from our projects and our R&D work is available without you having to ask for it separately. A quick second opinion is part of the deal; if it becomes a project in itself, we say so and agree it separately.

What stays in your organisation when the specialist leaves?

The code, the documentation and the agreements about them: we fix those in advance. We do not build in a dependency on ourselves.

Work with us

Realise your project together?

The people who build it also run it afterwards. Eindhoven, since 2014.
